Do you ship to outside the United States?
Yes we do. You will be notified of shipping costs during checkout.

How are the shipping charges calculated?
Our cart and checkout calculate shipping based on the total weight of items ordered and the location the package is being sent to. We ship by Priority Mail, insurance is included in shipping charges.

Yes, we combine shipping costs to save you even more money on your purchases.

What condition are items in?
All items are new, factory sealed products.

Are items in stock?
Yes all items are in stock. If at anytime an item is not in stock you will be notified within 24 hours with the expected delivery date, at that time we will gladly issue a refund if you prefer.

How are my items shipped?
Items ship by USPS Priority Mail. All items are packaged securely. Insurance is included in the shipping charges.

Is it safe to shop online?
You do have to be very careful while shopping online. Our site is secure. For your added protection we use one of the most secure payment options available today; PayPal. All your credit card information is processed through them, we never see it. We treat your email and address information as Private and Confidential. We never sell your information to any third party!

Can I cancel an order?
If the order has not shipped yet, we can cancel an order. All canceled orders have a 10% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund. We process orders as quickly as possible. This leaves a cancellation window of 24 hours in most cases.

Do you accept returns?
Yes we accept returns. Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase. 100% if defective, restocking fee of 15% on non-defective products. If opened, item must contain all original pieces. You must email us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) first. Shipping charges are not refunded.
